1. Who We Are

archiHARBOUR Solutions Ltd ("archiHARBOUR", "we", "our") operates archiharbour.com. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information when you use this website.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you submit the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), subject and message. We do not use cookies for tracking, run advertising, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Storage and Security

Contact form submissions are transmitted via an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to Zoho Mail, which processes and stores the message on our behalf. Zoho's privacy policy applies to data stored on their platform. We do not store your form data on the Netlify hosting infrastructure beyond the moment of transmission.

5. Data Retention

We retain email correspondence for as long as it is reasonably necessary for business purposes, typically no longer than three years unless a project engagement requires longer retention.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, use the contact form.

7. Third-Party Services

This site uses Google Fonts (loaded from Google's servers) and Netlify hosting. Please refer to Google's and Netlify's own privacy policies for their data practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
